Sarina Russo Apprenticeship’s Emma Cook achieved a remarkable result in the International Young Chef Olympiad 2017.
Held in a number of Indian cities, the competition was extremely testing with forty-four countries entering and the final round involving the preparation of 20 dishes in two hours!
Emma’s efforts saw her secure a top ten finish.
Emma is no stranger to culinary competitions, as she has already competed in the 2016 Nestle Golden Chef’s Hat Award cook-off challenge (and was awarded Silver!), the WorldSkills National Competition 2016, and was a finalist in the Les Toques Blanches Award For Excellence Competition.
Emma is currently completing her Certificate III in Commercial Cookery at Box Hill Institute.
