Get great staff

Preparation met opportunity when a vacant apprenticeship position at Mantra St Kilda Road Hotel became up for grabs and Sarina Russo Job Access had the ideal candidate ready to capitalise.

Originally from Burma, Ba See refused to let the challenges of being a young refugee hold him back from taking charge and with a helping hand, Ba has set himself up for a prosperous career in hospitality.

“The support shown has given me the chance to prove myself. I wouldn’t have had that opportunity without this program and I would like to thank the AAoA Academy, Mantra Group and Chef Patil for all their support,” Ba said.
