Engage with the apprentices of tomorrow

Sarina Russo Apprenticeships employs Youth Engagement Officers who work with schools to promote apprenticeship and traineeship pathways and opportunities.

When these students and school-leavers register with us to access our job boards, you’ll have access to this new talent through the job vacancies you post with us.

Find new talent and closing the gap

We believe genuine employment opportunities are one of the best ways to help close the gap for indigenous communities. Our Indigenous Employment Team works closely with businesses interested in hiring indigenous apprentices and trainees to promote the best outcomes for both parties.

Source the best talent for your team

Sarina Russo Job Access (SRJA) provides immediate access to candidates across every region where we are contracted to deliver employment services.

Not in one of our service areas? We can still help.

We’ll reach out to your local service providers to maximise your reach through our job boards.

Become a host employer for a Group Training Organisation

If you’re not ready to recruit directly, you might like to explore the option of hosting an apprentice for a Group Training Organisation (GTO). They employ apprentices and trainees directly, taking care of wages and other employer obligations. You simply host the apprentice or trainee for a specified period of time, providing supervision and on-the-job training while you focus on managing your business.

Offset the cost of training your new apprentice

There are a number of financial incentives your business, and your apprentice, may be eligible to receive. In fact, there are currently increased incentives for recruiting an Australian apprentice or trainee.

We’ll assess your situation and advise what incentives you can access, help you submit your application, and manage payments for you.
