Workforce Australia - Career Transition Assistance an upskilling and reskilling program designed to support jobseekers aged 45+ years. It helps eligible participants develop practical skills and build confidence to compete in today’s job market.

Support and training is also available to identify transferrable skills from previous employment and apply these to current employment opportunities.

Sarina Russo Job Access can support entrepreneurial jobseekers to help turn your business ideas into reality.  There are several avenues of support for anyone looking to start their own business, including:

• Self-Employment Assistance, including Cert IV in New Small Business training with one-on-one mentoring to launch your business
• Exploring Being My Own Boss workshops to explore the basics of entrepreneurship and self-employment
• Entrepreneurship Facilitator services, available in Ballarat and surrounding areas
