We are actively working toward increasing indigenous participation rates in our workforce by supporting Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander jobseekers with support tailored to their individual needs. 

We want to understand your story, and how best we can support you in your journey with Sarina Russo Job Access. That’s why you’ll be teamed with your own consultant who will get to know your story, your current situation, and work with you to achieve your personal goals. 

In helping close the gap for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islanders, our First Nations employment programs provide you with support in all many areas, including:

Creating cultural connections

FIRST NATIONS SUPPORT

To create a more culturally sensitive path to employment, we attract and recruit First Nations leaders to become personal mentors to our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment program participants.  

Our First Nations servicing team provides help and guidance with any issues that might impact work, training and employment, including family and non-work-related matters. They also offer Cross Cultural training to employers and their staff. This helps to build a better understanding of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander culture and provide a culturally safe workplace for First Nations employees.

RECONCILIATION ACTION PLAN

We’re so proud to have had our Reconciliation Action Plan formally endorsed by Reconciliation Australia. We look forward to creating and implementing our second Reconciliation Action Plan and sharing our success stories with Reconciliation Australia and the wider Australian community.
