Thomas’ commitment to the traineeship program is nothing short of inspiring. Having completed his Certificate III, Thomas demonstrated exceptional dedication by enroling in a Certificate IV, showcasing a thirst for continuous learning and improvement. His journey from Trainee to Shift Manager is a testament to his hard work, positive attitude, and the invaluable skills acquired through the program. His promotion and his pursuit of further management courses with the goal of becoming a Department Manager exemplify the transformative impact of quality Apprenticeship Programs on career progression.

Beyond the workplace, Thomas role as School Captain showcases his ability to balance academic responsibilities with work commitments. Using his leadership position, Thomas actively promotes the apprenticeship program within the McDonald's restaurant, encouraging others to follow in his footsteps. Thomas is not just an outstanding trainee; he is a role model who embodies the principles of dedication and ambition.

On the other hand, Jasmine’s journey, starting as a School-Based Apprentice and transitioning to the Non-SBAT Pathway, reflects her adaptability and work ethic. Despite facing challenges that led to a variation in her traineeship, Jasmine’s determination never wavered. Instead, she used these hurdles as steppingstones to progress as originally planned.

Jasmine's commitment to completing her Traineeship at the same time as her peers, despite receiving an extension, is commendable. Her hard-working mentality and perseverance shine through as she not only completed her traineeship ahead of schedule but also actively supported her fellow trainees during withdrawal sessions. Jasmine’s ability to turn challenges into opportunities and make the retail experience enjoyable for all showcases the resilience and positive mindset fostered through the collaboration between Sarina Russo Apprenticeships and McDonald's.
