Mark Fletcher Solid Plaster & Texture Coatings, a Sarina Russo Apprenticeships Employer, has recently received accolades such as the QTA FNQ Small Business of the Year Award and the prestigious Master Builders FNQ Residential Trade Contractor of the Year. One key aspect that sets Mark Fletcher apart is their commitment to community outreach and empowerment, particularly in assisting refugees like Chhabi through partnerships with organisations like CentaCare.

Among the success stories that highlight Mark Fletcher's commitment to fostering talent is the journey of Chhabi, a dedicated apprentice from Bhutan. Chhabi, who began his journey as a Trowel Hand on the 1st of July last year, has proven himself to be an invaluable asset to the team. His relentless work ethic and willingness to travel extensively across the Far North Queensland demonstrate not only his dedication to personal growth but also his commitment to providing for his family.

In 2019, Chhabi and his family moved to Australia, and he quickly became a part of the CentaCare Program. Mark Fletcher Solid Plaster & Texture Coatings, in collaboration with Sarina Russo Apprenticeships, recognised Chhabi's potential and provided him with the opportunity to start his career in the industry. Mark Fletcher and SRA is committed to providing ongoing support and mentorship, ensuring Chhabi's success in achieving his goals.
