Indigenous Employment Programs & Mentorship Support | Sarina Russo

First Nations Employment Services

We strive to create a positive influence in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities through the power of employment. Working together, we can help create equal opportunities for First Nation Peoples.

Ready to build a better future? Let’s get started!

Creating cultural connections

To create a more culturally sensitive path to employment, we attract and recruit First Nations leaders to become personal mentors to our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment program participants.

Our First Nations servicing team provides help and guidance with any issues that might impact work, training and employment, including family and non-work-related matters. They also offer Cross Cultural training to employers and their staff. This helps to build a better understanding of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander culture and provide a culturally safe workplace for First Nations employees.

Would you like to help others in your community?

We’re always looking for talented people to join our First Nations servicing team and become mentors to empower our Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander community through education, training and employment. If this is you then we’d love to hear from you. Please contact our team today.
